A modern suburban railway station – Kokoshkino – was opened in Moscow

On 27 October, the reconstructed of the above-ground metro station of the future Moscow Central Diameter (MCD)-4 – Kokoshkino – was opened. It was replaced by the new suburban railway station which matches the Moscow Transport standards.

ABB has won a large order from German railway company Deutsche Bahn for the upgrade of its first flagship InterCity Express (ICE 1) high-speed train series. Wabtec Wins Equipment Contract to Modernize Chicago’s Metra Commuter Rail Service

Wabtec Corporation announced an order to improve passenger experience, reliability, and safety for Metra, the commuter rail system in the Chicago metropolitan area serving the city of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.
