The Robel Group at InnoTrans 2024

The "3D," decarbonization, demographic change and digitalization are at the forefront of all solutions shown by the companies of the Robel Group in Berlin.

The respective specialists of the group present four rail-bound vehicles and more than 25 track construction machines and measuring devices as well as services that cover the entire process of rail maintenance: surveying the infrastructure, logistics, rail processing, track maintenance, monitoring, full service and automation.

• Within their range of hand-held machines, Robel shows new electric and hybrid drives for wrenching, grinding, tamping and drilling machines
• In the outdoor area, the new ROWRENCH 8-spindle wrenching machine demonstrates the advantages of automation in terms of process speed and quality.
• An InnoTrans world first is on track 02 with the RORUNNER E³ hybrid track vehicle: the combined conductor rail and battery operation makes way for significantly faster and emission-free work in the subway. Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, 4 p.m., IT outdoor area: Official handover of RORUNNER E³ to Münchner Verkehrsgesellschaft MVG.
• The self-driving, electric ROSPECT measuring vehicle is the first Group cooperation product for track measurement and rail inspection: measurement technology from Vogel & Plötscher, battery and vehicle technology from Robel, data evaluation from Robel Rail Automation.
• Vogel & Plötscher supplies new, digital solutions for cross-profile measurement (PML) in hand-held or machine-integrated versions as well as devices for detecting crack depths and irregularities in the rail surface (RSCM).
• The service provider Plasser Robel Services presents its cross-brand service program for rail-bound vehicles, including the new Uptime Service with rental and used machines.
