Transport systems are increasingly digitalised and interconnected. In this context, cyber-threats are real, with potentially serious consequences for transport operators and passengers. SYSTRA has published a dedicated brochure on this topic.

On 29th December 2020, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 351-km New Bhaupur to New Khurja section of The Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (EDFC) in the state of Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant milestone for SYSTRA.

In line with the recently awarded contract to implement a cable car solution for the Georgian capital Tbilisi, SYSTRA has been selected to carry out appraisal studies and preparation of a call for tenders for a new project.

SYSTRA, in a consortium with project consulting firm BPK MOSTY, won a contract for modernisation works on a Pan-European railway corridor.

The joint venture team consisting of COWI, Parsons and SYSTRA, with Implement Consulting Group as subconsultant, has been awarded DSB’s large framework contract on multidisciplinary consultancy services for the automation of the S-train system in the Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark. The contract has a term of eight years with the possibility of two six-year extensions.

SYSTRA has been awarded two significant work packages on the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRUe), a strategic railway project in which we have been involved for almost a decade.

Denmark continues its energy transition by electrifying its railway lines. On the island of Zealand, the country’s largest and most populous island, SYSTRA began electrification work on the Roskilde – Holbæk line on 1 September.
