Euroline: Mobile roof working platform, flexible working on train roofs
A service workshop, equipped with two work stands and pit, was looking for roof accesses that were as compact and modular as possible. The task for euroline was to design a mobile roof access platform that could be walked on from both sides in such a way that it could be set up conveniently and quickly for roof work.
We have solved this challenge by using mechanically adjustable horizontal extensions. As a rule, these extensions allow the roof working platform to remain in place, since the adjustment of the platform extensions ensures the required clearance for rail vehicles entering and leaving the platform.
With regard to the greatest possible flexibility, it was important to the customer to be able to use the existing mobile lifting system without restriction. For this purpose, we planned hook-in platforms at the appropriate points.
The mobile roof working platforms from euroline were designed and manufactured exactly according to the customer's requirements. The assembly on site was also carried out by the competent euroline assembly team.
We would be pleased if we could also support you in the implementation of your project.
