Deutsche Plasser and Robel Service become Plasser Robel Services
Deutsche Plasser Bahnbaumaschinen GmbH and Robel’s business unit Service & Support (S&S) are now one unit: Plasser Robel Services GmbH (PRS) was established on 1st January 2022 and is the largest service organisation within the Plasser & Theurer group of companies.
Plasser Robel Services, Opladen site, Germany.PRS will look after the whole life cycle of the rail-bound vehicles and machines from Plasser & Theurer in selected markets and from Robel worldwide. As such they are partner and central point of contact for customers with regard to all servicing areas of the two brands.
Karl Oberreiter, former Managing Director of Deutsche Plasser and Head of Robel’s business unit Service & Support, will be in charge of the new company with 250 employees at three locations in Munich, Opladen and Freilassing.

Information on PRS’ organisational structure
Deutsche Plasser Bahnbaumaschinen GmbH with its headquarters in Munich changed its company name to Plasser Robel Services GmbH (PRS) with effect from 1st January 2022. PRS will be the legal successor of Deutsche Plasser, the new service company’s headquarters will remain in Munich.
