Colas Rail wins its first contract in Croatia

Colas Rail Hrvatska, subsidiary of Colas Rail in Croatia, in alliance with GP Krk and Colas Rail S.A signed on February 14, 2020 its first contract in Croatia for the reconstruction of the tracks which connect the port of Podbok to the freight station of Bakar.

Colas Rail will carry out the reconstruction of 2.4 km of track and the installation of 5 new switches on concrete track.

The contract amounts to 5.5 million euros, of which 1.8 million for Colas Rail Hrvatska and Colas Rail SA.

Colas Rail recently won two other contracts in southern Europe. One for the modernization of overhead contact lines in the North of Italy and the other, for the renewal of a section of the Niš – Belgrade line in Serbia.
