The cantilever portfolio incorporates a wide range of components, including composite and tension insulators, catenary supports, steady arms, tubes and tube caps, clamps, pole brackets, stitch support assemblies, insulated stitches, bracket arm assemblies and small-part steelwork. Configurations are available for single or twin contact wire systems, with options for different lever arrangements and pull-off or push-off applications.
Hot Forged and Cast Aluminium Cantilevers
Mosdorfer Rail offers both hot-forged and cast aluminium cantilever solutions, allowing systems to be selected according to specific application and performance requirements. Hot-forged aluminium components provide high strength and durability, while cast aluminium fittings offer an economical and highly adaptable solution.
The intelligent fitting design enables multiple cantilever geometries to be achieved from a versatile component range, helping to simplify installation, maintenance and system design. Cantilever solutions can be developed for applications ranging from 750 V DC to 3 kV DC, including demanding high-speed railway environments with operating speeds of up to 350 km/h.
Light Rail and Tramway Solutions
